About the work:

Translating my love for Andalusia and Spain from a jug in my own way, after more than 25 years living in this country, I believe it's time to honor a land that welcomed me and taught me to enjoy the sea, the landscape, good food, and a wonderful life.

Argentina is my origin, but Andalusia is my homeland, because it's where I discovered myself, learned about myself, and learned about my surroundings.

I'm a privileged immigrant who arrives in a neighboring country, turning back; my previous generations went to Argentina, and I'm returning to my roots.

Being an immigrant can manifest itself in many ways; sometimes, it doesn't depend on you, but on the circumstances we face. In my case, today I feel more like I belong here than I do there. The great uprooting that occurred so many years after my arrival left only a trace of my beloved Argentina, but I am a hybrid, like many others, who decided to choose another place to build our lives.

Andalusia, I love you. Argentina, I look at you with nostalgia, like someone looking at a little girl who has grown up and left her childhood behind.

Andalusia is a place where my spirit flourishes and where I will always find a sense of belonging.

Each piece not only represents my life in Spain, but also the love, respect, and admiration I feel for this region and its people.
